가인정대상
- 근마비로 인한 연부조직위축 상병인 위축․구축 상병, 마비상병, 림프부종 및 부종, 연축, 사경
- 얼굴부위의 신경장애, 사지 신경손상 중 신경총(얼기)손상 또는 단신경에서 운동신경의 장애로 근마비에 의한 연부 조직의 위축이 나타난 경우
나그 외 상지․하지 관련 상병, 척추관련 상병, 순수한 감각신경(상지: superficial radial nerve, medial antebrachial cutaneous nerve, lateral antebrachial cutaneous nerve 등, 하지: sural nerve, saphenous nerve, lateral femoral cutaneous nerve 등) 장애 등에는 인정하지 아니함.
